Lovely 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home set on a quiet cul-de-sac with in-ground pool, minutes to Narragansett Town Beach, local shops and restaurants!
Spend warm summer days relaxing by the pool, grilling, or hanging inside in the central air conditioning. Enjoy sunbathing on the lounge chairs then taking a nice refreshing dip in pool. Grill up your delicious summer bbq and enjoy a meal on the back deck. It is the perfect outdoor set up for all your favorite summer activities!
Inside this fabulous home boasts beautiful hardwood floors, open living space for easy flow, and high ceiling and windows allowing for great natural sunlight. The dining room has seating for 4-8 (option to extend table), off the dining area there is an office with a full size pull out couch (linens provided upon request). Cozy on up in the living room on the comfortable couch and watch your favorite show/movie. The kitchen has plenty of space and a wet bar. There is a first floor primary bedroom (king bed) en-suite with a walk-in closet and jacuzzi tub. On the second level you will find the other two spacious bedrooms both with queen beds, and full bathroom. A great home to create memories that will last a lifetime!
Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
