Enjoy your summer getaway at this spacious, custom designed home filled with endless activities to keep you busy, and comforts to help you relax and unwind.
The first floor features an entertainment room where you can shoot pool on our professional grade pool table or play board games into the late hours of the night. Or you can sit back and enjoy your favorite shows, movies, music or video games in our spacious living room with a huge 77” OLED TV with surround sound throughout the house. And for those chilly nights, cozy up on the couch with our 3 wood burning fireplaces to get the mood just right. Cook up delicious meals in our fully stocked kitchen. We have everything you could ask for including a Vitamix, Toaster, Instant Pot, air fryer, rice cooker, beverage/wine cooler and more… (if you need anything special just let us know). We also stock up on Nespresso, coffee grinds and tea for each guest.
Get a wonderful night's rest in our 4 spacious bedrooms each with a Nectar memory foam mattress, luxurious linens and black out blinds. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom which has a King sized bed facing a personal wood burning fireplace, TV, work station and newly installed custom in-suite bathroom. There are 2 additional bedrooms on the 2nd floor, where you can cozy up in Queen sized beds and prepare for another day of fun-filled activities. Downstairs, there is an additional sun room/bedroom with Full sized daybed with trundle (Twin size) to accommodate larger groups or is perfect for the kids. The sun room overlooks the backyard and pool and features a large Vermont Castings wood stove for the colder months. For larger groups, roll-away beds are also available upon request.
Outside, go for a dip in the heated pool (floaties and other pool toys included) and then dry off playing corn hole, bocce ball, ring toss, giant jenga, and more. Take a walk down to the back of the property, where you can access a small lake stocked with trout. Paddle around the lake fishing for trout or take in the scenic views and relaxing sounds of birds and wildlife. You can also relax by the pool and get some rest on our lounge chairs, hammock or assortment of outdoor furniture. For those warm summer evenings, grill up a meal and feast around our outdoor dining table. Grill up burgers, hotdogs, steaks, chicken and more on our Napoleon Prestige grill or cook up some eggs, bacon and hashbrowns on our outdoor flatiron griddle. For those who like the smell of campfires, throw some logs into the fire pit and burn some marshmallows as you watch the sun go down and stars come out. Firewood is provided free of charge for all guests (for outdoor use only).
