Lighthouse Escape is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome located on the gulf side of Port Aransas. Hop on a golf cart and easily get to and from the beach and town from this location on the cul de sac street of Morgan Circle. This home has been completely renovated with a coastal theme and custom finishes.
The main level of the home includes a spacious great room with a vaulted ceiling. Kick back and relax on the large, comfortable sectional with recliners and enjoy the big flat screen tv. The kitchen includes new, crisp white cabinets and beautiful granite counter tops along with stainless appliances. Gather together for dinner around the unique "Pearl" table with additional seating along the breakfast bar. Here you will also find the property's namesake, a 7 foot tall lighthouse!
There is a common half bath located around the corner from the kitchen and also on this level of the home you will find a master bedroom suite that includes a king size bed and its own private bathroom.
At the top of the stairs on the 2nd level you will find a loft area that has been set up with a desk/workstation in the event that you need a place for your laptop or to conduct any business. There are two brightly decorated bedrooms on this level; each with 2 queen beds. There is also a common bath off the hallway for these rooms to share.
The main level has a utility closet with full size washer and dryer and Wi-Fi is provided for your convenience
There is plenty of parking for at least 4 standard size vehicles. Check with management company about boat parking. The garage is not available for daily guests.
Winter Texans - this property is available from January through March at $2750 per month. Book now for the winter time! Calendar months only with a 2 month minimum after Jan 1.

CHECK-IN PROCESS:
We are proud to offer contactless check-in and check-out. Sand Key Realty will call you on the day of your arrival, typically in the afternoon once your property is ready, to provide an access code to the property. Please keep in mind that we cannot provide the access code until the property is clean and ready.
WHAT IS PROVIDED:
• Kitchens are well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
• All our properties are supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide beach towels.
• A start up supply of toilet paper, (2 rolls per bathroom), 1 roll of paper towels, 2 kitchen trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge, bar hand soap for each sink, dishwasher tablets (if the property has a dishwasher) and 1 bottle of dish soap will be provided. After that, the guest is responsible for any additional needs.
SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING:
Beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, coffee and coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear.
SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.
