Negative: The check in system. This is my first time to have an experience when the staff asked me to call booking .com, yes. Call! Because I’m using different last name and it didn’t match my passport. She wanted me to call to change my last name. I showed her it was paid already in total with my credit card and the name on the credit card has the same last name on my booking. After some dispute she allowed me to check in.
