Newly built holiday home in a fantastic panoramic location at 1,200m on the Thurn Pass between Kitzbühel and Mittersill. From around April/May 2022 (date depending on the weather) an outdoor sauna for up to four people will be built, which will only belong to the apartment. Only 650 meters away from the middle station the Panoramabahn Kitzbühel Alps, this unique location enables quick access to the fantastic skiing and hiking area of the Kitzbühel Arena. The Wasenmoos nature reserve begins directly behind the house, which is not only popular with hikers in summer, but also with cross-country skiers in winter. The 86 sqm apartment with 7 rooms (3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, storage room and living/dining area) is in the contemporary, alpine style with lots of wood. It can be used by up to 8 people. In bedrooms 1 and 2 there is a large box spring bed (200x200cm); in bedroom 3 two bunk beds, each with two 90 x 200 cm mattresses. Attention: The bunk beds are limited to 90kg for the upper bed. The equipment also leaves nothing to be desired - be it in the kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, Nespresso machine, coffee filter machine, fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher,. ..), in the bathrooms (hair dryer, heated towel rails,...) or in the utility room (washing machine, dryer, laundry basket, vacuum cleaner, cleaning utensils,...).
