Walkable to Barton Springs, Zilker Park, and many neighborhood restaurants, music venues, and amenities. Short trip to downtown and Austin's east side. Block from beloved, neighborhood convenience store. Has a private backyard and one off-street parking space. All of that, and most of my tenants (the majority who stay long term) I've had the fortune of hosting seem to find it a quiet and nurturing retreat. Furnished with a personal touch. Summary: In town for business and needed an insta-home. This was the perfect spot. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly Austinites all around. Parks close by. Downtown is 5 minutes away. The owner, Ole, is a delight. Highly recommend it!
