Summary: The staff was polite. The shower was great and athe Lockwood shampoo etc was wonderful. The elevator was really fast. The room was really small and we were with a dog so it was difficult. No plates or bowls. The coffee makers on the floors were mostly not working, we finally found one on floor 7.
