Set directly on the Destin Harbor, Sun Kissed is an 8-bedroom, 7-bath waterfront home designed for large groups to share space comfortably. The layout spans three levels and sleeps up to 22 guests, offering multiple indoor and outdoor areas that allow everyone to gather or spread out as needed. Gated beach access nearby adds easy access to the Gulf while preserving the calm of the harborfront location.
Sleeping arrangements
The home’s bedrooms are arranged across all floors to balance privacy and flexibility. King suites are located throughout the house, alongside a bunk bedroom with a twin-over-queen bunk and a double queen suite. Bathrooms include a mix of en-suite and Jack-and-Jill setups, supporting smooth routines for larger groups.

Two separate living areas make it easy to relax without crowding. The second floor centers around an open kitchen, dining area, and living space suited for shared meals and long evenings. On the first floor, a second living area includes a kitchenette and game space, creating a natural retreat for downtime.
