Positive: 1. Comfortable warm and bright room, with very comfy bed. 2. Administrator might provide necessary kitchenware if you kindly ask it. 3. Really close to hotel you can find self-service washing station (to wash car) and petrol station with same price to other petrol stations. 4. Near enter/exit of hotel you can buy food and coffee from/by dispensers with really affordable price. 5. Price for 1 week stay is approx 105 € (15 € daily), if you plan to stay more than 1 month it will be around 225 € per month (or 7 € daily). NB! Please specify the price and availability via phone call!

Negative: 1. Limited electricity supply in room - no able to use your own kettler in the room, only plug in at corridor sockets. 2. Really old, and rusty (not specifically old, but not properly cleaned) pipes and cranes in kitchen and shower room. 3. At early morning with open windows you can hear hum of passing cars. It's not distracting, but noticeable!
