Positive: Location is excellent, very near to the city center. Parking lot is very near to the entrance.

Negative: It is very unusual to require a deposit (100€) for a property on booking.com. Although it is said in the conditions, it is easy to miss that fact. To be fair, the money was refunded on the day of check-out. Secondly, requiring to sign the agreement. Before booking you don't see the agreement. If you don't have cancellation period (booking less than a week before), no idea what would happen to the cost paid up-front if you don't agree with the terms. Thirdly, some curtains were missing in the living room. So it was too much light for the person sleeping on the couch. Finally, we were 2 adults and 2 children. There was only 3 sets of bed linens.
