From here you can easily reach all corners of the city or surrounding area on foot or by public transport.
The apartment is large (about 120m ²), very bright through large windows in all rooms, consists of 3 bedrooms, each with a large double bed. To the back bedroom is a kind of "anteroom" connected, in which, shielded by a large cabinet front, an additional sofa bed is.
