Nestled between Rehoboth, DE and Ocean City, MD…Salt Meadows is a Bayside community that is walking distance to the bay, ocean and beach. Guests use a private community boardwalk located just across Rte. 1 to access the beautiful, uncrowded beach. Community has a walking trail leading to the bay beach, with a lovely screened-in picnic pavilion and fishing pier, and community has a great outdoor pool with bathrooms. Extra amenities (these are differentiators from other homes in the neighborhood) for the 2022 season include:

This beautiful, fully-custom and spacious end-unit town home is luxurious and has lovely beach decor, offering water views all around. It offers ground level parking in the 2-car garage, 5 bedrooms, a den with queen sleeper sofa, a living room with fireplace and queen sleeper sofa, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, 6 decks in total and a custom sea-themed elevator! Bedroom 5 is a great kids room and has TWO twin bunk beds (4 twins total). Master bedroom on top floor is adjacent to Bedroom 5 and has master bath, a fireplace and custom closets. This home offers an excellent set-up for families with top level has custom french doors separating it from lower levels, and when doors are closed the top floor is very quiet! Nicely accommodates little ones going to bed while grownups have fun on main living level.
The floor plan was customized for multi-family entertaining. Featuring 2 separate laundry areas (2 washers, 2 dryers) and on-demand hot water (multiple showers, dishes and laundry at the same time so everyone has hot water). There is a 2nd refrigerator (beverage refrigerator) on the main living level as well. There is custom woodwork and tile throughout, window seats on every landing with cushions, and a tiled garage with plenty of drying racks for towels and swimsuits. Another great feature offered at this property: ceiling fans on the 4 covered porches (4 covered porches, 2 top floor balconies, 6 total outdoor deck areas). The outdoor ceiling fans are delightful to have when the summer heat and bugs are interfering while you are relaxing or dining outdoors!
Pool is in central location in the neighborhood and very close to house (about a 1 minute walk) and private beach access is just across from the neighborhood's main entrance (about a 5 minute walk). Wi-Fi and premium channels are included. Please note that the direct-access beach across the street is substantially less crowded than municipal beaches but is unguarded. Guarded beaches are located to the north and south in the neighboring public state park beaches if you prefer a guarded beach. Special Comments: Non Smoking unit. Onsite parking for four cars only. Two cars in the garage, one vehicle directly in front of unit, and one assigned guest space - towing is enforced! Offsite parking available for additional vehicles – please inquire to learn more. Very sorry - but no pets. Property is owner managed and we also use a local property management company (Crowley) as well which ensures our guests have 24-hour access for any needs they may have during their stay.
