Boathouse has 4 kayaks, fishing poles, and swim accessories you may use. The ducks are friendly, as well as the people. Come catch a breeze and relaxing lake view from the wonderful porch! Wifi and Roku TV available too.
The house was built in 1906 and has been upgraded over the years. It is slanted and rickety but has lots of character. New roof 2022. Foundation, garage, and boathouse repair 2021. Electric modernization 2019. Internet installation 2018. Full bath and dining room added in the 70s. Still no house insulation - it's a summer cabin. The wood stove helps on chilly nights.
