You'll have the cabin-in-the-woods feel in this 1950s cabin, along with the convenience of walking to everything! We are two blocks from Lakeside Beach, three blocks from Harvey's, and four blocks from Heavenly Village with all the restaurants and shops you could want. You can not beat this location!
Our 2-bedroom, one-bath cabin is cute and cozy. It will comfortably sleep 4 people in the two bedrooms with a comfortable queen bed in each. The bathroom is a small, typical cabin bathroom with a basic small shower stall, toilet, and sink. The kitchen has everything you need while maintaining that cabin charm. We also installed a stackable washer/dryer in the kitchen for a better living experience. You’ll enjoy the extra space our 3 seasons room brings to the front of the home. This is the new entry to the cabin and can be heated in the winter if you leave the main front door open.
Our cabin is on a large double lot however, you may not be able to access the yard during the winter if the snow is too high and blocks the gates and yard entry door from the enclosed storage area.
Note: If you plan to ski Heavenly by taking the Gondola, this is walkable but it’s a long 4-5 blocks in ski boots. I would recommend wearing shoes and changing when you get to Heavenly Village. They do have lockers there for your use. You can also drive across Lake Tahoe Blvd and park in the garage or behind the shopping center.
Lake Link is a FREE, on-demand shuttle that takes you to South Shore beaches, trails, entertainment, and the resort or gondola base. Remember that the wait times can be higher in peak season so plan and request early but, also be ready if they arrive earlier.
