3 Bedroom Cottage in Alexandria Bay
Welcome to our large cottage with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms on a quiet dead end street with dock space included at no additional cost. We have been renovating the cottage over the past 3 years with a new large screen TV, firepit, picnic table, new stove, renovated kitchen and bathroom and new dock.
All three bedrooms come with pillows, linens (queen size), and towels. The wrap around deck overlooks Carnegie Bay which provides quick and easy access to the St. Lawrence river and the shipping channels. Close proximity by boat to Alexandria Bay, Boldt Castle, Goose Bay, Chippewa Bay and Lake of the Isles. There is a 3 burner gas grill on the back of the deck which also provides ample room for small pets to roam. Two sliding glass doors provide access from the deck to the large living room with new ceiling fan and new HDTV. The living room has 2 couches, 2 chairs and 1 recliner as well as a wood burning fireplace.
The downstairs has 3 bedrooms with individual heaters for cool nights. Two bedrooms have sliding glass doors with a small downstairs porch. The home is also family friendly with a child gate at the top of the stairs and a pack-and-play included. This cottage is fully equipped for your stay with dishes, glassware, silverware, toaster, microwave, drip and Keurig coffee machines.
The home is situated with easy access to downtown Alexandria Bay, but on a dead end street providing needed quiet time and tranquility. The long driveway also provides ample room for multiple vehicles and boat/jet ski trailers. For boaters, Carnegie Bay Marina is just a 5 minute walk for easy launching.
Local activities most commonly enjoyed are visiting Alexandria bay for unique shopping, Uncle Sam boat tours, Alexandria Bay Municipal golf course located down the street, as well as boating and fishing.
