As a hub between Silvretta and Verwall, sporting recreation is a top priority in Sankt Gallenkirch - Gortipohl. Both towns offer direct access to the Silvretta Montafon ski area with 140 kilometers of slopes. The Valisera, Grasjoch and Garfrescha feeder lifts quickly transport winter sports enthusiasts to the Montafon mountains. In summer, many walking and hiking trails lead from the village center to beautiful viewing points. Sankt Gallenkirch is also the starting point for daily guided mountain bike and e-bike tours as part of Montafon Tourism's BergePLUS program.
