Welcome to Laurel Beach! A private community with gated access to the sand. Less than 50 yards to a private beach, this completely renovated home is waiting to be your escape. The home was built in 1904 & maintains its historical charm while every inch of its interior has been transformed. Upon entering the home enjoy views through the all-season porch which has a sleeper sofa. The open concept living/dining/kitchen boasts quartz counter-tops, custom backsplash and brand new stainless steel appliances. Off of the open concept living room is a mud room with laundry and powder room before stepping outside to enjoy a meal on the newly built back patio.
The second floor has two guest rooms (one of which has two queen beds) with a shared bathroom as well as a master bedroom with on-suite master bathroom. Additionally a finished attic has two twin beds and a family game room.
