A perfect beach getaway away from it all located at the Northern tip of the Coromandel Peninsula. The beachouse is just a hop over the roadway and grass reserve to all-tide white sandy beach.

A tidy 2-storey, 2 bedroom home sitting on a private cross-lease section with a private lawn rear yard and room for the boat. The house works really well for groups and families.

Ground level has separate toilet, bathroom/laundry area with shower, converted garage space for summer extras. Upstairs has open-plan kitchen/dining & lounge area with 2 double bedrooms & a north facing sun deck with views out to sea.

If you've never been to Port Charles you're bound to fall in love with this outdoor adventure playground... Fishing, diving, bush walking, beach combing, mountain biking - something for everyone at this wonderful Northern Coromandel location.

Summary: This house had lot's of space and all that you need to have a holiday. There is a DVD player not listed in their description and some movies there to watch. The house was behind another house so when we arrived at night we couldn't find the house but the neighbours were really friendly and eager to help. Port Charles doesn't really have a boat ramp, unless you have a tractor to put your boat in, which made it difficult for us to put our jet skis in and out. We took a mooring with us which was useful so that we didn't have to take the boat in and out of the water every time we went to use it. The driveway was narrow but nice and long to park the boat in and there was lots of parking space nearby. The shower was very open to people coming out of the downstairs room but we were able to just go out the garage door and upstairs if needed. Would have been nice to have a lock on the door to that room. The walk to the beach was nice and short just across the road. If you are planning to stay at this property while it's hot we would recommend bringing a couple of fans. This property was a long way from any stores so we planned out all of our meals and made sure we bought enough food to last us our stay. There's a wharf around the corner. We were very successful with our fishing straight out from the beach on the other side of the mussel farm. We really enjoyed our stay, it was so nice to have a relaxing time away after a busy year. Thank you.
