Positive: Very nice and accommodating staff. The location is great.. Best breakfast ever!

Negative: We were prepared to stay in room with jacuzzis tub and were told it was not available. This was to be the highlight of our winter trip. Western told us it was not booked on your side and not available. So who re reimbursing me for this mistake? And where does this problem lie? This is major when it was to be your highlight. Very dis appointing.
