This comfortable 5 bedroom, 4 bath home located in the heart of Wilson on Fish Creek- large property (1.8 acres) with views of the Grand Teton and Philips Ridge. 5 bedrooms all renovated in 2012. Unique access to gorgeous Fish Creek and only 10 minutes from the Jackson ski resort. Nature lover's paradise. Fishing available onsite (please inquire further). Weekly rental, 2 week minimum during summer months.
Bedroom Configurations-
Master bedroom and bath located at the far end of the house for maximum privacy. Bedroom includes a large master bedroom with en suite bath featuring double vanity, shower and jacuzzi tub. The view over looks Fish creek and the Tetons making it hard to get out of bed.
The main floor includes 2 bedrooms with a shared bath. One bedroom is furnished with queen bed and 49in flat screen TV. Other bedroom has a double bed. The shared bathroom includes a double vanity and tub. High quality bedding is used on all the beds.
Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms and shared bath. One bedroom furnished with queen bed and the other bedroom is a larger bedroom which includes a double bed and twin bed with a trundle. Great area for kids. The bathroom includes a single vanity and stand alone shower.
The main spacious living area is filled with ample seating including two comfortable leather couches along with a HDTV, abundance of kids toys, pool table and attached full bath. This is an entertainer's dream area. Off the kitchen is another living area which includes four cozy chairs so you and your guests are able to enjoy coffee or drinks by the fire.
Full equipped kitchen filled with all of your kitchen needs. Includes a dining table for 6 as well as additional seating at the kitchen bar. There is a sliding door off the kitchen which will lead you to dine on the patio if you chose so.
Large mudroom off the entry which has ample room for lots of gear. Laundry area off the kitchen.
The outside area is a nature lover's dream. Large 1.8 acre on Fish Creek. There is a covered area which includes 2 dining tables and propane grill. In the summer months, a hammock is outside on the patio and fire pit and chairs are situated near the creek to dream about your adventures in the Tetons. Moose are frequent visitors to the yard, so be on the look out. It's a great place to just sit, relax and take in the breathtaking views.
A short walk to downtown Wilson and quick 10 minute drive to Jackson Hole Ski Resort. In the winter months, it is a less than 5 minute drive to Stilson Ranch Parking lot, which provides free parking and shuttles to Teton Village and town.
This home is so close to great skiing, hiking, mountain/road biking and fishing! You will feel right at home in this property!
