Sleeps 8, with 3 BD/2.5 Bath, jacuzzi bathtub in the master bedroom, fenced yard. Large living room with cozy masonry fireplace plus a full gourmet kitchen that is fully equipped. Large fun soft with pool and foosball tables. Large two car garage plus space for two cars in the driveway. Quiet & safe SLT neighborhood.
Please note the following very important info : the city of South Lake Tahoe has strict regulations around vacation rentals. You will be required to sign the city's "good neighbor" contract which states the following:
The maximum occupancy of this property at all times, 24 hours a day, is 6 persons. Up to 5 children aged 13 and under do not count towards this occupancy limit. [Note that the house comfortably sleeps 8].
b. Weddings, receptions, and commercial events are prohibited.
c. No use of outdoor spas or hot tubs is allowed after 10pm or before
8am.
d. No outdoor amplified music, speakers, or other noise-generating
equipment is allowed after 10pm or before 8am.
e. Parking is prohibited on unpaved surfaces or on neighboring private
property without permission. Parking is allowed only on paved
surfaces.
f. Parking of commercial vehicles on the property is prohibited, except temporarily for durations of less than 4 hours.
g. Camping and sleeping in tents, travel trailers, campers, or
recreational vehicles is prohibited.
h. Trash and recycling shall not be left or stored outside except in a
container (trash can) within a bear box or in an animal-resistant cart
provided for use by South Tahoe Refuse.
Trash day is every Wednesday
All trash shall be stored in the bear box and will be collected from the bear box by South Tahoe Refuse on trash day.
Violations of any of these conditions of operation are subject to citations by the city and fines starting at $1,500 per violation may be issued to both the guest and to the property owner.
