Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, the Maine State Aquarium, Boothbay Railway Village, beaches, hiking in the many area preserves, shopping, excellent restaurants- all within 10 minutes!
Completely renovated, with 6 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, everyone will enjoy all the comforts and amenities this home has to offer. With 2 living areas, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Maine vacation at best!
Enjoy beach combing at Ocean Point, or shopping at the amazing small shops in the area. A hike through the many preserves (15 just on the peninsula!) as close as 5 minutes away- Dodge Point and Porter Preserve are favorites! The Schmid Preserve, with the sought after River Links Trail, is only a few minutes away. End the day with a meal cooked on the grill while relaxing on the back deck overlooking the 3 acres of lawn and woods. Plenty of lawn for a quick football or soccer game, a wooden swing for hanging about, or relax with a book on the front porch swing. Enjoy star gazing while roasting smores in the firepit and relaxing in the adirondack chairs surrounding the fire.
