Welcome to Coconut Cottage #1, an inviting ground-level condo just a two-minute walk from the beach! With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this vacation rental sleeps up to six guests. The living area is the perfect place for you, and your guests can sit back, watch your favorite movie, and enjoy each other’s company. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and ample cabinet space for all your meal and snack essentials. In addition to the bistro table in the kitchen, there is an outdoor table ideal for sipping evening drinks and feeling the island breeze as you dig into your delicious homemade meals and Anna Maria Island take-out.
The primary bedroom offers a calming atmosphere perfect for catching up on much-needed sleep. The updated primary ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower and plenty of space for all your necessities. The second bedroom is bright with natural sunlight and fun décor and has ample closet space. The third bedroom is perfect for younger guests and has a tv for midday entertainment. The second and third bedrooms share the hallway bathroom with a shower and tub combination. Additionally, there is a sofa in the living area.
