We want to rent our lovely cottage out. The house is situated on a large secluded plot in North Zealand. The house is 900 meters from the sea, so a small slipped so one is left at the beautiful Kattegat.
Just 900 meters from the beach lies this delicious cottage on a large beautiful and secluded plot. The house is built in the charming and classic Nordic style with large and bright spaces and clean lines. The house is black and white like most coastal houses are on the north coast. It is open to the ridge in every room, so you have a nice airy feeling when walking indoors.
The house is completely restored with respect for the old and cozy style. A new stylish kitchen with dishwasher and new refrigerator / freezer and induction cooker. The kitchen acts as a natural part of the large living room in the house, so the family can be together and enjoy themselves while you cook.
On two sides of the house west and north, there is a beautiful and sunny terrace where the sun can be enjoyed all day long.
The decor is good and spacious kitchen / family room and a delicious brændovn which provides a velfordelt heating throughout the house.
The house contains in addition to a small cozy bathroom with a new large luxury shower with large shower head. Moreover, one can enjoy the delicious large outdoor shower, where you can bathe in the open, in both hot and cold water. Also in the evening where you can enjoy the clear starry sky while you get a hot bath. It can really be recommended.
The house contains in addition to living room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms with brand new double beds. There purchased 8 new comforters and 8 new pillows that are ready in the house. There are also sheets + linen and towels etc. For free.
The house must be left in clean condition. This is done by the tenant before departure. Bearings can also get the house cleaned for 500Dkr in overpayment. White is desired cleaning must be mentioned at booking. Then we add the amount of the booking.
The Area:
Sealand is a very attractive holiday resort with beautiful beaches, restaurants and charming fishing villages. Along the coast there are child-friendly beaches and towns with interesting sights and experiences such. the historic Kronborg Castle in Elsinore, which is one of Scandinavia's most beautiful Renaissance castles. The castle is mainly known from Shakespeare's play Hamlet.
About Udsholt Strand
Udsholt is located right in between Tidsville Rent and Gilleleje. A stunning waterside location. there are delicious beaches and lovely forests.
Less than 10 minutes from the house is a beautiful area right on the water with free-range sheep. Worth a visit if you are beautiful and wild nature.
