Spacious interior with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a formal living room and huge formal dining room plus a fully equipped kitchen open to the family room and additional dining in the kitchen and bar seating. The backyard is a true oasis with an electric HEATED pool, BBQ, Outdoor fireplace, large covered patio, and giant grass back yard. There is a pool fence for the little ones under six. Pool does have heater, $50 per night to heat pool. Pool can be heated to 80-85 degrees weather permitting. Pool heat must be ordered a minimum of 48 hours before arrival. Large 3 CAR GARAGE available for your use. No overnight street parking please.
This home is conveniently located in North Peoria. Easy access to the Arrowhead area with tons of shopping and dining, and the Peoria Sports Complex. A few miles North Happy Valley Towne Center with more shopping and dining. Lake Pleasant Lake is just a few miles away. if you enjoy boating, jet skiing, fishing, swimming or just camping out. A quick drive on the 101 to the South will get you to the Cardinals Stadium and the Westgate District with food, shops, theatres, concerts and sporting events and The Desert Diamond Casino. So much to do and see. This is about a 30-45 minute drive from Sky Harbor depending on time of day.

Pool gate must be closed when children under six are at the property.
Pets are permitted with approval. Additional fees and deposits may apply.
Guests are responsible for pet poop pick up and disposal in the outside trash can.
No Smoking Allowed.

DO NOT Touch Pool Equipment or remove pool cleaner or water leveler. $500 Fine charged for tampering with pool equipment.
Trash is picked up on Thursday. We have a concierge service to pull the cans to the curb for you. Recycle materials only in the Recycle bin. A $75 trash pickup service charge will be charged excess trash pick up.
