Down on the entry level there is a full bath. A few steps down there is the main living space - a full kitchen with Subzero Refrigerator, 36’ Gas range and dishwasher, a screened door leads out to a terrace with the built in gas grille and outdoor dining area with lake view. Back inside a dining room with panoramic view, gas log fireplace and adjoining family room with wood burning fireplace and exquisite views of the Lake, a quaint breakfast room with tv and a lake view finish off the main level. The walk out Patio level has a full bath and a summer kitchen and pull out sofa bed. The french doors open to an enormous bluestone terrace overlooking the lake. There is a huge outdoor fire pit, kayaks, and paddleboards. Enjoy a game of corn hole for lots of family fun. The dock has a ladder for easy access back onto the dock for swimming.

There is a private beach area, dock for swimming. There is also a ramp to launch kayaks(2-Two person Kayaks, 1-One person Kayak provided) and paddle boards (2 paddle Boards provided ). Kayaks and Paddleboards are used at the renters own risk.
We are located in Candlewood Isle, a Guard Gated Community. We ask all guests to be respectful of the community and surrounding neighbors. There is a community quiet time noise ordinance at 9:00 pm. We are 5 minutes to Stop N Shop and New Fairfield Market for Groceries, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Deli, (2)Liquor Stores, gift shops and Restaurants (3) Nail Salons and American Pie, Grub Hub, Door Dash and Uber Eats available.
Boat rentals available from one of the Local Marinas. Enjoy hours of fun on the Lake and then take a cruise over to Down The Hatch Restaurant(right on the lake with docking) for a bite to eat.
