One-of-a-kind, vintage, 1974 Airstream camper fully restored for the most chill lake days and bonfire nights you can imagine. Step back in time and unwind. Relax on the deck. Sleep deep with the sound of lake waves lapping. Cook on the grill. Visit wineries. Shrimp's Campy is 3 miles down a single lane road on Cayuga Lake where everyone waves, old folks walk their dogs and kids ride bikes. It's a place to slow down and enjoy yourself!
The deck is fabulous and large with multiple seating nooks for coffee, reading, napping, sipping wine and catching up with family and friends. The outdoor dining table seats 4 and there's a fire ring with Adirondack chairs. Down at the beach there's a swing and lots of shoreline to hunt for lucky stones and cool fossils. The water stays shallow (in the 3 - 4 foot range) for a while before it gets deep. There's also a dock--the water at the end of the dock is about 5 feet deep. This section of the lake is famous for bass fishing. We've caught lots of perch from the dock.
Inside the airstream it's clean and uncluttered with honey colored wood bent like you're in an old sailboat. It's a rare and beautiful place. All 3 beds are super comfortable -- the master bedroom has a full size bed, the dining table unfolds to twice its size for family meals indoors or it can be left at half size, there are two stools tucked under plus the long bench seating that converts to two comfortable twin beds.
The kitchen has a coffee maker, toaster oven, 4 burner gas cook top, and mini fridge with freezer. There is also dishware, pots, pans, utensils and silverware.
Wireless internet is also provided.
