On one of the house's terraces, there is a luxurious wellness area under a canopy with a large hot tub. The area is screened off from view and stylishly decorated, ready for you to enjoy a glass of bubbly in the hot tub. The other terrace area is furnished with garden furniture. There is private parking at the house. The house has a communal area with a large playground where children and the young at heart can spend their vacation days playing on everything from swings, slides, and climbing frames to the large multi-purpose court. The court, which is covered with artificial turf, can be used for soccer, basketball, foot tennis, volleyball, and badminton. Between the multi-purpose court and the playground, there are several tables and benches – ideal for a picnic or refreshments.
