The inviting front deck welcomes guests with two large lounging areas complete with a fire pit and twinkling string lights that illuminate the luscious plant wall that's perfect for taking memorable pictures. When you step foot in the home you'll see why Plummer Cabins are known for their unique charm with tin roofs, plank floors and cedar sided rooms. The main living area features one Queen bedroom, and a full bathroom. Upstairs guests will find a Queen bedroom, a full bedroom, the loft with a daybed and trundle and a unique full bathroom that brings the outdoors in. Downstairs you'll find the large master bedroom and master bathroom, with a second screened in porch with a foosball table, that can be accessed from outside or inside the master bedroom. The kitchen comes "decked out" with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker and all the cookware you could possibly need. An outdoor gas grill is also available off the back porch, where you can dine outdoors or relax and take in the scenery. The property is just a scenic 8 minute drive inside the North Gate, a master planned gated community nestled on over 8,000 acres in the North Georgia mountains. Guests have access to all of the lakes, golf courses, sandy beach front with inflatable water park on the lake just for kids, the famous 200 ft. rockslide, paddle boats, canoes, kayaks and paddle boards, plus boats for rent at the marina, jeep trails pools, playgrounds and more that Big Canoe has to offer. From golf and tennis to swimming and fishing, there is truly something for everyone. (Fees apply for certain amenities). **We feel silly to have to include this in our listing but wooded areas are homes to critters such as but not limited to deer, bear, squirrels, rodents, spiders, ants and insects. We do have a pest control company with regular treatments; however, we cannot guarantee that any such critters will not be visible in or around the cabin and sometimes they may get inside through no fault of ours or yours. The presence of such critters does not entitle the guest to a refund. **To protect your vacation investment, we encourage you to purchase travel insurance. Outside of the applicable cancellation policy for your booking no refunds will be given due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
