CHANGE DAY FRIDAY - MAX 1 DOG - Large cottage with energy-friendly heat pump for both pool heating and holiday home. Lovely large natural plot with plenty of space for play and games and within walking distance to the idyllic skipper town Sønderho. The cottage has a nice kitchen with plenty of space. 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers make the kitchen service a breeze. The kitchen is adjacent to the large dining area with wood burning stove and direct access to the morning terrace, while the living area with large TV has direct access to the enclosed terrace, where the sun can be enjoyed all day. An activity room for the active with i.a. air hockey and pool table etc. provides entertainment on rainy days, while also watching sports programs on TV. The large pool room has a slide and bathroom, and you can relax with an underwater massage in the whirlpool, or you can enjoy the heat in the sauna. The cottage has 7 rooms with double and single beds, room for 14 pers. And in addition a large loft with extra 2 beds. Outside there are plenty of play opportunities with play tower, sandpit and swings, while the adults can relax and enjoy the sun on the terraces around the cottage. Dinner can be prepared on the large outdoor grill or in the practical kitchen with direct access to the large outdoor dining area.
