Positive: Location was absolutely perfect, apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Light, airy - we were not there much but enjoyed the time we were there. Digital checkin and check out, and the deposit was refunded on time and in full. Starbucks and stores right across the street, literally hundreds of restaurants and lots of sights within a 10 minute walk, probably hardly 5 minutes to Charles bridge. Comfy beds. Easy check-in and check-out if you have a smart phone.

Negative: What could be improved: 1. I struggled with the coffee maker 2. the shower is fixed, not adjustable so quite inconvenient 3. 2 more pillows would have been good. If you like one big fluffy comfy pillow - perfect, if you like more... bonus: could have been a blackout or similar curtain

Summary: Perfect location for a lIght, airy, quiet apartment comfortable for our family: 2 adults 2 kids.
