Spacious cozy 2 bedroom mountain getaway! Only 5 mins to Snow Valley/Sky Park, 15 mins to Lake Arrowhead, 20 mins to Lake Gregory, and 30 mins to Big Bear! This is the perfect getaway to mountain retreat that you're waiting for! LuluBelle's coffee and bakery is within walking distance in this quiet and beautiful neighborhood.
Our cozy place also features with HOT TUB, you'll have an amazing relaxing time after a full day of activities in the mountains or lakes.
In addition to its convenient location, our getaway cabin has everything you need from cooking essentials for kitchen to Foosball table for your entertainment, not to mention the HOT TUB which will sweep away all the tiredness.
There are two bedrooms featuring three beds - 1 queen size bed in the master room and 1 full size bed and 1 twin bed in another bedroom. We also have pack n play for babies, just message us for details!
Around the area, Snow Valley and Sky Park is very kids friendly, its popular Santa House has been our kids favorite. Lake Arrowhead is beautiful and great for both summer and winter, but it's not open for public boating, however, we do have Lake Gregory and Big Bear within short drive range. Summertime in Lake Gregory has always been fun, it has fun activities like fishing, water slides, boating and so much more. Of course, you must heard of Southern Cali renown skiing resort Big Bear, which is only 30-40 mins away!
We love this cozy yet convenient getaway so much and want to share the fun with alike travel minds!

Due to high demand, we cannot grant any late checkouts or early check-ins. No exception.
It is important to us that you understand the cleaning fee. This fee covers laundry, basic cleaning, expendables such as toilet paper and toiletries and the most important, sanitizing. Please be respectful of our cleaning crew and take your ashes when using the fireplace.

HOUSE RULES
All guests understand that during the winter there may be potential slip and fall hazards on the property due to the ice. All guests must use caution.
You are in charge of checking weather conditions. If you come during snow season, make sure to be prepared. Shovels will be close to parking lot to use whenever its needed.
SNOW: We will clear a path for you to park your car but you will be in charge of keeping area around your car clear.
HOT TUB: Guests MUST shower/bathe prior to using the hot tub.
KITCHEN: Guests MUST clear out the refrigerator/freezer and wash the dishes before departing your amazing stay. All dishes MUST be cleaned and put away. For longer stay, if you need cleaning service, just let us know, we may arrange cleaning crew to come in and clean for you at additional costs.
PETS: We love pets and know that they're families! We'd love to host any small pet under 30lbs. Please make sure that they stay quiet and clean in the house and pick up pet waste when walking outside in the neighborhood. Our cleaning crew will take pictures after your stay and determine if additional cleaning fees are needed.
There is NO SMOKING allowed on the premises. You will be charged a $250 additional fee if you choose to violate this rule and asked to leave immediately.
PARTIES are NOT allowed and will result in a $500 fee and immediate cancellation of your reservation.
