Positive: amazing location. great view of the matterhorn, but 20 min walk from the main busy part of zermatt. for some people this is great, for others not. we loved the view and the quiet nature of the location

Negative: stringent terms to pick up the keys, only between 1400 and 1600, no flexibility. the beds were so short. i'm not that tall, just 180cm and my feet hung over the end of the hard wooden ends. the accommodation didn't have a sink plug or soap. it was a bit tired and needs some tlc. overall it was pretty good but could have been better for the money I paid.

Summary: amazing location. a few things could use some attention but overall a good place
